The entity responsible for processing the personal data provided to the International Academic Journal of Physical Education (RAIEF) is the journal itself, through its editorial board. For more information regarding data handling or to exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, data portability, or restriction of processing, users may contact the official email address: revista.acief@gmail.com.

Names, email addresses, and any other personal information entered in this journal will be used exclusively for the editorial and academic purposes stated by RAIEF, and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other person without the express consent of the data subject.

RAIEF adheres to the Code of Conduct of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the editorial best practice guidelines that ensure confidentiality, data protection, and digital security throughout all editorial and peer review processes.

Publication and Authorship Policy

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by experts in the relevant subject area. The evaluation considers the relevance, originality, scientific quality, and contribution of the manuscript. Editorial decisions may include acceptance, acceptance with revisions, or rejection. A revised and resubmitted manuscript is not guaranteed final acceptance. Rejected articles will not be reconsidered. Manuscripts simultaneously under review by other journals or previously published elsewhere will not be accepted. All content must comply with current legal regulations on copyright, plagiarism, and defamation.

Authors' Responsibilities

Authors must certify that the manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration elsewhere. If artificial intelligence tools were used, authors must specify which tools were employed and at what stages of the manuscript. The maximum similarity threshold allowed is 15%, excluding references, verified through anti-plagiarism software. Any violation will result in the manuscript being rejected and may lead to a five-year ban on submitting work to RAIEF. Authors are required to actively participate in the peer review process, respond to reviewer feedback, and report any post-publication errors. They must also declare any potential conflicts of interest, ensure the authenticity of the data presented, and refrain from including individuals as authors who did not contribute significantly.

Reviewers' Responsibilities

Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the manuscripts, provide objective and technical assessments, and highlight any relevant omissions in references or significant similarity with other works. They must refrain from reviewing manuscripts where a conflict of interest exists with any of the authors, institutions, or topics being evaluated. All reviews must be conducted with professionalism, neutrality, and respect.

Editors' Responsibilities

Editors are responsible for all editorial decisions. These decisions are based solely on academic merit, regardless of the authors' nationality, gender, religion, ideology, or institutional affiliation. Editors must uphold scientific quality, process transparency, correction and erratum policies, and compliance with international ethical standards. They are committed to acting promptly in cases of suspected misconduct, preserving the anonymity of authors and reviewers, and ensuring that decisions are not influenced by personal or external interests.

This privacy policy and editorial principles statement is mandatory for all authors, reviewers, and contributors to the International Academic Journal of Physical Education.
