In this Volume we give special recognition to Héctor Manuel Icaza Campa, physical education teacher, member of the International Scientific Association of Physical Education, author of articles and books in our field of knowledge.

We hope that he continues to project his work and academic field to improve practices in physical education, strengthening the epistemological ties that are generated there to achieve social and educational transformations.
