Strategic planning tool to improve the school sports management scenario

Abstract

The present research was carried out with the purpose of strengthening school sports management through strategic planning since it is a useful tool to approach management from different angles in an efficient and effective way, it is focused on the theories of constructivism, humanism in connection . with some values such as: participatory, integrative and democratic where the formation of a critical citizen, builder of thoughts and actions that positively mark planning in terms of management, leading, administering, controlling, guiding and assuming is proposed. . the different tasks with educational activities supported by strategic planning in this way to provide solutions to the problems that arise in sports massification and the recruitment of new sports talents; that afflicts it, where schools, high schools, technical schools among others, have seen a deficiency in terms of leadership in them, since they are in constant social and educational transformation which the living forces that make life in the Las Educational institutions must provide solutions and support the transformation through strategic planning that involves all educational actors towards collective sporting achievements. However, this problem directly affects all educational actors to develop school sports in its different forms where new organizational paradigms must be used.
