Being a Weekend-Worrior is highly organically harmful due to lack of physical preparation, doing any type of competitive sport, even against friends or against oneself, can cause injuries or serious cardiovascular accidents, significantly reducing the health of the subject in their present and future, which leads to impairing the functional quality of life of the person, in addition to the high economic cost that any disease produces for the family patrimony and especially for the state, since the increase in medical licenses for physical injury or illness caused by excessive gambling substantially impoverishes the state coffers, because the money and aid destined to carry out other projects that require their implementation urgently for social growth are frustrated, because the money has to be destined to the payment of medical licenses to people who suffer all kinds of functional anomalies due to being occasional athletes.
