El cuerpo vivido (Leib) en intervenciones terapéuticas fenomenológicas: una revisión sistemática The Lived

La fenomenología distingue el cuerpo físico u objetivable, Körper, del cuerpo vivido, Leib, entendido como condición de la percepción, la acción, la afectividad y la relación con el mundo. Esta concepción ha sustentado intervenciones terapéuticas que sitúan la experiencia corporal de primera persona en el centro del proceso de transformación. Objetivo: analizar las tendencias recientes de la investigación sobre intervenciones terapéuticas con orientación fenomenológica que incorporan el cuerpo vivido (Leib), identificando las modalidades de intervención más estudiadas y la evidencia disponible sobre su impacto terapéutico durante los últimos cinco años. Método: se realizó una revisión sistemática basada en PRISMA mediante búsquedas en Scopus y Web of Science, limitadas a artículos empíricos publicados entre 2022 y 2026. De 68 registros identificados, 34 fueron examinados en profundidad y 10 cumplieron los criterios de inclusión. Resultados: se observó un predominio marcado de la Danza Movimiento Terapia (DMT). Los estudios reportaron beneficios en la conciencia corporal, la regulación emocional, la seguridad, la gestión emocional, la resignificación de vivencias asociadas a trauma, la pertenencia y la creación compartida de significados. Discusión: el Leib articula la relación con el mundo, posibilita actos políticos y permite que experiencias prerreflexivas se hagan conscientes durante la terapia, favoreciendo procesos de transformación personal y relacional. Conclusiones: el Leib constituye un eje integrador para comprender estas intervenciones, aunque la evidencia disponible, predominantemente cualitativa y basada en muestras pequeñas, respalda principalmente su pertinencia y potencial terapéutico, sin permitir todavía conclusiones firmes sobre eficacia comparativa.
